Return Policy

We offer a 15 days money-back guarantee to all retail customers with a 15% restocking fee. If a retail customer is dissatisfied with any product for any reason, then that retail customer may return that product within 15 days of invoice date, for either a replacement or a refund. Returns will be issued in like-kind payment and may take up to 30 days to process. Return or exchange can only be be done if following conditions met:

The product is returned to at the customers expense for shipping and handling.

The product must be unopened and unused.

All products must be in original packing.

Credit by the same means payment was made.

A written replacement (via email or mail) request must be submitted, stating the reason for the request with payment receipt and a copy of invoice for return or exchange authorization.
